Lead Clearance Or Post Remedial Lead Sampling And Testing
ENSPEC Environmental Safety Consulting, Inc. offers thorough and exhaustive Lead
Clearance Sampling/Testing. A Lead Clearance typically is conducted after
a licensed general lead abatement contractor has performed any lead abatement work.
Generally, a Lead Clearance is performed to insure that the abatement (removal),
encasement / encapsulation of any lead positive surfaces has been done properly according
to the HUD (United States Department of Housing and Urban Development) guidelines.
More importantly, a lead clearance provides the client with peace of mind - knowing that
there are no longer any lead risks present on the premises.

the guidelines and procedures outlined in the United States Department of Housing and
Urban Development's document entitled: Guidelines for the Evaluation and Control

the care, dilligance and skill of reputable professionals.

Testing (ELLPAT) programs for lead, and who are accredited by the National Institute of
Standards and Technology (NIST). All laboratories employed analyze lead dust wipes and soil
samples using Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy ("AAS").
